I can’t begin to describe how wonderful my experience was with PerfecTemp. My A/C was leaking for the 6th time in 2 years. This was the worst it had been. The previous company I used was not answering my call or returning either of the messages I left on the emergency line. The leak was getting very bad and Luckily I saw PerfecTemp was 24/7 and I called and spoke with Jack at 830pm on a Sunday night . I explained the situation and he assured me someone could come out to the house that night. About 10 mins after our call Jack called me back and said his on call technicians were all held up and he got in his truck and personally came to my house to fix the issue. I believe most other companies would have just scheduled me for the next day. What I liked the most was Jack showed me the issue and explained what was happening in a way that I could understand it. Our previous company had installed two safety mechanisms wrong which would normally prevent the water from leaking into our floor and it would just not allow the AC to turn on. I would have much rather been calling him saying my A/C wouldn’t turn on instead of dealing with multiple leaks in the house. Jack fixed the water safety control float switch in less than 10 seconds. That made me really upset that the previous company just needed to take a few extra seconds to install it correctly and this all could have been prevented. We are so appreciative of Jack and we signed up for the maintenance program and we are looking forward to great customer service from PerfectTemp. Thank you again Jack!

My AC was just about dead.they got it working better which allowed time to find a replacement unit. They kept me informed on progress locating a unit. This was during the hottest weather on record in Palm Beach county. They came and replaced my unit (3 ton) and worked strait through till done and made sure everything was right before they left. They even cleaned up after themselves. We could not be happier.

Nothing but nice things to say about our experience. Jack and his team are amazing and a pleasure to work with. In short, very responsive and very transparent. They tried to help me help myself since I am a little handy, and when all else failed they had my AC up and running within a couple days after needing to order a part over the weekend. For me, one of the most important things to have in South Florida is a working air conditioner. Especially, since we have a young child and small dog. We just bought our very first place and or AC broke down within days after moving in. This was the first time we ever had to choose a company on our own and the system we now own is unfortunately very complex. We hit the jackpot with Perfectemp. Jack came out late on a weekend night to fix our unit. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, a master of his craft and is an overall wonderful person. He also followed up by sending an absolutely awesome technician named Manny to further address our AC system to have better access for maintenance and he tightened up loose joints and replaced pipes that needed attention. I feel so much better to know that we have an account with Perfectemp and that they really take great care of their customers, even when problems arise at a very inconvenient time. Their dedication is above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I mean what can I really say about this company but WOW. Recently purchased a condo and the AC just stopped. Had no idea what was wrong with it. A neighbor suggested this company. I called and the owner himself came out late on a Friday night to take a look at my system. He got it up and running again. Great attitude all around. So pleased with his service i gladly signed up for their Maintenance plan. As an Accountant, spending money on a service plan needs to make logical sense. This by far makes the most sense for piece of mind. Will be able to sleep easier tonight knowing my system is in good hands. Oh and the fact they provide 24 hour service is huge. Nothing worse than having a AC go out in the middle of the night and you can’t get someone to come out till the following day. I hope people realize how genuine Jack is. He definitely instills full confidence in his company and the service they provide.

PerfecTemp’s honesty saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!Yes, my unit is old and not perfectly maintained. But 5 different companies wouldn’t even look at it! They had 100 reasons why it was certainly not salvageable, not even partly… but they’d be happy to quote me a supply-chain inflated price for an all new unit (5k+). Gee, thanks.Perfectemp was the ONLY company that not only returned my phone calls, but hoped to actually identify and repair the problem if they could. With an hour of labor and negligible parts, the unit was cooling and fully within spec! It’s true that working with people you trust is priceless. But in this case it was worth at least 5k!!

Had my AC go out at 9:45 on Saturday night during 4th of July weekend and when I got my call back from the service provider I was met by a vey friendly and helpful associate named Jack. He saved me a service call (and possibly hundreds of dollars) by simply troubleshooting my issue over the phone. I followed his guidance and my AC was back up and running within minutes. It’s very rare that you find a company that prioritizes the needs of the customer over profits. I had such a good experience I will be signing up for their maintenance program. If you have AC needs these are your people. Not only was Jack extremely helpful, he was personable, understanding, and talked through the procedure like the back of his hand. 10/10 service.

I called on a Saturday - Expecting to have an emergency service call. I actually spoke with the owner who surprisingly suggested that, If I was comfortable with performing a couple simple steps to resolve the issue I was having - It would save me the weekend emergency services call. Then I would just have a maintenance checkup on the unit on a normal Monday business appointment. I performed the suggested items - worked perfectly! got me through the weekend. Technician arrived on Monday morning - reviewed the issues and performed the necessary long-term repairs.I appreciate the professionalism not only from the owner - answering a customer call on the weekend - but offering to save me money in the long run. Also, I have to commend the technician that came out.. very informative and professional.I highly recommend you contacting this company for all of your A/C needs.

I called Jack at PerfecTemp when my AC stopped working after having used them in the past to fix the unit. A technician, Greg, came within hours to check it out. After 20 years, it was time to get a new one. I can't say enough about how responsive Jack was to my problem. He couldn't replace the AC the next day so he brought a portable AC unit to help cool the house. Less than 48 hours after my first call, Greg and Matej came to install the new unit. They were very professional and did a great job. After an extensive explanation of my new system, they left with everything in good order and neat and clean. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and caring. I'm looking forward to having them install a pool heater in the not too distant future. Thank you all.

I was without a functioning AC/Heating unit for months. PT gave me an estimate for the AC units and the filter system. It was bigger than my old unit and it was suggested I get beads to hang where my door use to be. Jack problem-solved the closet door and they were able to re-install it! I also had a problem with the temperature control panel communicating with my smart phone. They were able to solve that and were determined to not leave me hanging. I am able to enjoy my new unit. It's COOL and QUIET.....I love it!!!!

Jack and each of his technicians have been professional, responsive and go above and beyond to take care of their clients. They have been a breath of fresh air compared to so many companies who send a technician who will only do exactly what is on their ticket even if the problem isn’t fixed. I first found Perfect Temp because they were Jandy approved and we had trouble with our pool heater. When Jack came out he was so honest that he basically told us our pool heater had no problem, it was merely a switch was turned off during one of our pool services.After that interaction we asked them to maintain our air conditioning units. They have a 24 hour messaging service so when our AC goes out (always at like 6pm on a Friday or Saturday) we can call and someone has always called us back.We are sooo grateful for a company that ACTUALLY responds, comes when they say they’ll come and is so honest. Well let’s start by saying Jack was an extraordinary person right from the get go. I could tell he was truly legit ! He came to my house on the same day I asked to get an estimate on my a/c project. He asked all the right questions. Gave me all the right answers! I was freaking out thinking I need to replace both of my units . That wasn’t the case . He gave them his personal attention. He then advised me that he was going to get them running. He let me know that what he had done doesn’t always work , but he wanted to make sure that he knew exactly what was happening before we even discussed replacing anything. I’m really confident he will fix my problem. One way or another. I have dealt with a lot of scam artists . I like to believe I can see people for who they are . This company is really awesome.
